It was Halloween! We dressed up for work then later meet up for a party with your parents there. We weren’t there for too long, but it was still a nice time listening to music, talking, and drinking a little. I ended up in your car a while after getting back because I was worried, and you were so present with me during it all. I felt so safe with you, and I felt every worry fade away. You hugged me and kissed me so gently once I started calming down, and I knew there’s nobody else I’d rather be with.
